At this moment there is a smoothie I can’t live without.
Not because of the health side of it. It is SUPER HEALTHY. But because it’s extremely DELICIOUS!
It has all the SWEETNESS a woman desires and besides that it’s full of goodies: iron, calcium and vitamin C. What does a woman need more?
It is my super-charger after a full day with kids around. I could live on it!
So here is the recipe…
You need:
1 mango
5 oranges
a bunch of Pak choi
Peel and chop the mango. Juice the oranges. Add these to a blender. Add the pak choi.
Ready. Steady.Blend it.
