Paula Costa is a certified Yoga teacher. She has been practicing and studying Yoga for 16 years and she is the founder of Free Move Yoga®. She has been applying to Yoga the knowledge she has from other areas as Contemporary dance, Classical dance and Natural Movement. Through Free Move Yoga® we are able to release more tension and relax more deeply and even our body’s own energy changes, flowing more freely.

The key words that define FreeMove Yoga® are:

  • Natural movement (awareness of the body and what it is natural for the body)
